What we’re looking for:
- Someone with substantial Senior Sous Chef experience.
- Someone with experience in sourcing locally sourced, great quality food and providing exceptional service standards.
- To have the ability to remain calm under pressure and within a fast-paced working environment
- Great time management skills
- The ability to be attentive and adhere to management instructions professionally
- Ability to work/lead all sections.
Hours: 50 per week (contracted)
Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum
Chef de Partie
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on meal preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen team
Hours: Up to 50 a week
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
