Our New Loyalty System
We’re excited to share that as of September 1st, we’ve launched a brand new Loyalty System at Lewinnick Lodge – designed to reward our amazing customers in a simpler, more flexible way.
How it Works
Our updated system is digital-first – so you can now add your Loyalty Card directly to your Apple or Android Wallet on your smartphone. Prefer something tangible? Physical loyalty cards are now at our venues! If you’re already signed up digitally and would like a physical card, simply let a member of our team know during your visit and we’ll be happy to provide one.
Here’s how you’ll earn rewards:
- Get 10% back in credit on every coffee, pint, or glass of wine purchased. This means after buying 10 drinks, you’ll have earned enough to enjoy the next one on us!
- Earn 2% back on everything else – from food to cocktails, spirits, and more.
- Earn and redeem across both restaurants – your loyalty card also works at our sister venue, The Plume of Feathers, so you can collect points and redeem rewards no matter where you choose to dine.
Signing Up
Joining is easy – simply scan the QR code at the bar or ask your server for help getting started. It only takes a minute!
If you’ve used our previous loyalty system, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. When signing up to the new system, just enter your old loyalty card number in the form. We’ll make sure any existing credits are safely transferred across.
