The Best Summer Cocktail
Have you tried our new summer menus?
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or looking for an après surf beer and burger, our new menus have dishes to suit everyone’s tastebuds.
We’re lucky in Cornwall to have so many small-batch gin distillers, from the world-known Tarquin’s to newer brands such as Atlantic Distillery. We’re proud to work with local distillers and what we love about these brands, as much as the gin itself, is the passion and inspiration for why they do what they do.
It’s World Gin Day this weekend (June 11th 2022), so we thought we’d share our twist on the classic bramble cocktails.
Raspberry Bramble Cocktail Ingredients:
15ml Creme de Mure
10ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml Raspberry puree
Pop all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice and give it a good shake. Serve with a garnish of dehydrated lemon, thyme, and fresh raspberries.
If you’re a huge gin fan and would like to have a go at distilling your own gin while staying with us in Cornwall, Tarquin’s has gin schools in Padstow and St Ives where you can have a hands-on experience making your very own one-of-a-kind gin to take home.
