Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

General Information
Crowndell Consulting Limited (The Lewinnick Lodge & The Plume of Feathers, Mitchell) utilises a trusted third-party provider, ‘Smartgift’, to process Gift Vouchers. When you purchase a Gift Voucher through ‘Smartgift’ an automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, this email will be sent from smart@smart-gift.co.uk.  ‘Smartgift’ utilise a trusted third-party payment provider, ‘Stripe’ to process and complete your payment. After the payment is processed by Stripe ‘The Lewinnick Lodge’ will appear on your bank statement within 1-3 days.

Gift Voucher Redemption
Unless expressly stated otherwise the Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once and you must follow the redemption instructions associated with the Gift Voucher when you redeem it. To redeem a Gift Voucher please present it to a member of staff at the venue; The Lewinnick Lodge or the Plume of Feathers, Mitchell, within the redemption period, after this period the Gift Voucher will expire, and you will not be able to redeem or be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation. Gift Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed.  Each Gift Voucher contains a unique reference code, which can only be redeemed once. Once a Gift Voucher has been redeemed, the unique reference code will no longer be valid.

Gift Voucher Cancellation
You may cancel your Gift Voucher purchase within 14 days of the date of receipt, of the confirmation email, after this period has expired the Gift Voucher purchase is non-refundable. If your Gift Voucher has been used within this 14 day cancellation period you will lose your right to cancel the Gift Voucher. To cancel a Gift Voucher purchase within the 14 day cancellation period please ensure you email marketing@crowndell.com within 14 days of the date of receiving your confirmation email. Where a refund is authorised, your payment made as part of your purchase will be refunded within 14 days from the date on which your email request has been acknowledged. Where a refund is processed it will be via your original method of payment, if this method has expired or been lost/stolen in the intervening period you will need to contact your bank. Crowndell Consulting Limited will only make one refund.

By providing your details to Crowndell Consulting Limited you accept that Crowndell Consulting Limited will be able to utilise them for operational purposes, including, but not limited to, providing your details to ‘Smartgift’ and ‘Stripe’.
