Reward Card Terms & Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set out the basis on which you can use your Reward Card (the “Reward Card”). Please read them carefully as they contain important information. By signing up to a Reward Club you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms will always be readily available on the Crowndell Consulting Limited websites (Lewinnicklodge.co.uk and theplumemitchell.co.uk), but Reward Club members are also welcome to keep a printout of the below terms for their own reference. These Terms are in respect of your use of the Reward Card membership. 

  1. General

1.1 These Terms apply to the Reward Card provided to you Crowndell Consulting Limited and govern the relationship between Crowndell Consulting Limited  (Lewinnick Lodge & The Plume of Feathers (“we” or “us”) and members of the Reward Card (“you” or “your”) run by Crowndell Consulting Limited. 

1.2 The promoter of the Reward Card is Crowndell Consulting Ltd, Lewinnick Lodge, Pentire, Newquay, Cornwall, TR71NX, company number 038322247, for the purposes of these Terms, Crowndell Consulting Ltd will be referred to “the company’. 

1.3 It is within the discretion of the company that certain products may be excluded from the Reward Club offers. In such circumstance, details of such excluded products will be available on the company’s websites.  

1.4 By using the Reward Card you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use your Reward Card. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact the company by email at marketing@crowndell.com or by phone on 01872 511126. 

1.5 The company reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on either the company websites, and your continued use of the Reward Card shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.  

1.6 The construction, validity and performance of these Terms are governed by English law, and you can bring legal proceedings in connection with these Terms exclusively in the English courts.  

  1. The company Reward Card

2.1 Reward Cards can be obtained at either the Lewinnick Lodge or The Plume of Feathers venus.  

2.2 When you sign up to our Reward Club, you will get access to the Reward Card offers as well as earn points for every £1 you spend.  Some Reward Card offers, or promotions cannot be used in conjunction with certain sales, offers, days of the week or other offers and cannot be redeemed against purchasing gift vouchers. 2.3. To obtain a Reward Card, you must provide your name, email address and contact telephone number. See clause 5 for details of how this information will be used. 

2.4 If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Reward Card, please notify us of the changes you require at marketing@crowndell.com. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your details.  

2.5 A Reward Card can only be registered in the name of an individual who is over the age of 18 at the time of registration. If the individual is not a UK resident, then a valid email address must be provided.  

2.6 Only one Reward Card can be registered per individual. Individuals residing in the same address can use the same Reward Card with the card holders’ authorisation. 

2.7 To obtain your offers on purchases in our restaurant or bar, you should present your Reward Card at the point of purchase. If you do not have your Reward Card, you must provide full details of the card holder. If you do not present the physical Reward Card and/or correct card holder details before you make payment, you will not be able to collect points, or redeem offers.  

2.8 Once obtained in accordance with clause 2.1 – 2.7, a Reward Card:  

2.9.1 cannot be used as a credit card, debit card or a cheque guarantee card;  

2.9.2 cannot be resold, transferred, exchanged for cash or traded by you;  

2.9.3 cannot be used in conjunction with staff discount, affiliate, or organisational discounts.  

2.10 To cancel your Reward Card, please email marketing@crowndell.com  

2.11 The offers for holding a Reward Card will change monthly, you can find details of these on the company websites at www.lewinnicklodge.co.uk and www.theplumemitchell.co.uk.Free items that are earned from reward card promotions must be redeemed within the promotional period.  

  1. Loss, Theft or Damage

Free items that are earned from reward card promotions must be redeemed within the promotional period.  

3.1 You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Reward Card by emailing marketing@crowndell.com  

3.2 In the event of loss, theft, fraud or other unauthorised use of your Reward Card, or if your Reward Card is damaged or malfunctions, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your Reward Card. We cannot be liable for the misuse, loss or damage of your Reward Card.  

  1. 4. Data Protection

4.1 When obtaining the Reward Card, we will use Legitimate Interest to process your data to send you updates and information about our latest reward card offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time by following the link at the bottom of the email newsletter or by emailing the company at  marketing@crowndell.com.  Information regarding any personal information which you may provide to us and how we use your personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy  

  1. 5. Variation and Cancellation

5.1 If at any time you wish to cancel your Reward Card you may do so by returning your Reward Card to the Crowndell Consulting Limited, Lewinnick Lodge, Pentire, Newquay, TR71QD 

6.2 We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:  

6.2.1 amend or waive any provision of these Terms from time to time; and/or  

6.2.2 terminate the Reward Club Scheme; and/or  

6.2.3 decline to issue Reward Cards; and/or  

6.2.4 on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Reward Cards, where reasonable grounds shall include (but not be limited to):  

6.2.4.1 any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; and/or  

6.2.4.2 any use or attempted use of a Reward Card in a manner which is contrary to these Terms; and/or  

6.2.4.3 any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty we may have on your part in connection with the Reward Club.
